People who call your CapTel phone often by long distance should also register their long distance carrier, so that their calls to you are billed under their existing long-distance plan.

There is no need to register your long distance carrier if you have already done so by telephone, fax, email, or this web form.
Once you have registered, please disregard any duplicate messages from CapTel Customer Service instructing you to register your long distance carrier of choice. If you change your long distance provider and/or use your CapTel phone with another telephone number, please contact us so we can update your information.
NOTE: Changes to your long-distance carrier may not go into effect immediately. CapTel Customer Service will confirm your carrier choice request upon completion of the change.
